Charbroil Grill2Go® Portable Gas Grill

This grill is exceptionally well built and appears that it will handle lots of traveling. I bought it to carry in my motorhome where it will get banged around a bit. Most of my grilling is steak or hamburgers which I have tried both on this grill. The results were excellent. This grill puts out plenty of heat to sear steaks etc. but it may be too much for barbequed chicken or sausage when placed directly on the grill. As others have commented it is difficult to get a lower heat even on the lowest setting. When I do try chicken or sausage I will wrap them in foil and see how that works. Possibly even leave the lid open

I have bought grill for the patio about every 5 years but I have bought one for camping almost every year. Both were complicated to set up and didn't really work that well. The Char-Broil TRU-infrared Grill2Go has taken the place of both. There are a very few parts and they are easily replaceable and with two quick snaps of the buckles, it it ready to go.
