We purchased this for our son for his birthday because my husband was so pleased with the one I'd purchased for him for HIS birthday. My son put it together and grilled on it the first day that he received it and has several MORE times. He continues to thank us for purchasing it for him. He and his wife are enjoying healthier menus cooked in this way without the kitchen mess and clean up after cooking. After grilling the meat and any veggies over the mesquite wood or charcoal it is a GREAT advantage to keep foiled wrapped food warm on the upper shelf, and you can continue to grill other food on the main grill. It also aids if you want to allow your meat to cook on the bottom grill to get that great smoked flavor and outer browning, but let it cook slowly for moisture. LOVE IT!!
