Problems with this last batch

I have been using cherry chapstick for years. They have changed something recently. This last 3 pack I just bought all the wrappers came off, getting in the way of the twist thing at the bottom. Secondly, I have carried it for years in my pants pocket, but whatever has changed, it's not firm - really kind of a mess. Maybe I got a bad batch. Here's hoping they fix those two things.
