Something is missing

I don't know if the dispenser bottle was supposed to be included but it was in every picture in the description so, I thought it would be. I got three refills and one came with the spray cap to the dispenser bottle. If it's not included, they should state that clearly and not show it in the description.

They call it Coco Mademoiselle. Its a light frangrance that doesn't last as long as the spicier, richer original Coco. I use it for everyday wear. I use, what is called Coco for special occasions.
