Chamberlain Wireless Motion Alert System

I have installed two of the three units that were purchased. They were very easy to set-up and install. Since I did not have a post in-place to mount the sensor, I took a four foot length of 3/4" diameter gray plastic conduct pipe to stick in the ground, leaving approximately 42" out of the ground. I attached a plastic 4" square conduct box with it's cover plate. I attached the sensor to the cover plate. It allows me to easily move the sensor to a new location if need be. The hardware can be purchased at the local hardware store, Home Depot, or Lowes, store. The sensor has given my in-laws and my daughter piece of mind knowing that they know something has appeared on the driveway without being surprised by unexpected guest.

We were having a problem with people coming down our driveway and even following the drive around the house in order to turn around off of a busy highway. I somewhat understand since this used to be a business, but is now a residential property which makes this totally unacceptable. Before, we would catch a glimpse of them as they finished the circuit in front of our house and not be able to catch them to question them as to "what did they think they were doing?". But now!, we know when anyone drives or walks up our driveway (we're about 75-100 ft off of a main road) and can see if they are headed to the house, or just using the end of the drive to turn around (which is fine by us). This little gadget is awesome! Sensitive enough it protects both ours and the neighbors driveway which adjoins ours, and we can help keep a watch out for them if they're away. (They're good friends, and they requested this). We may add more later for other locations on the property like the shed. Thank you so much for this added security!
