I can't say enough good things about Chamberlain garage door opener company they helped me when Walmart .com sent me through a third party vender an opener that was missing parts and two remotes . They said bring it back my problem was I drove 300 miles and installed it at my vacation home. I was told by the third party vender that it was new never opened box what a bunch of bull. I ask Chamberlain what model remote I need after explaining what happened to me and they said they would send me two remotes free what a great company !!!

B4505t unit. Bought Chamberlain to replace a 1990 Craftsman/ Chamberlain unit. This one was same rail size. I could have reused a couple small parts but chose to replace the old ones. The visual instructions are lacking and not so good. But the downloaded written instructions were better. Install took me several hours but straightforward.. why someone needs an internet opener is beyond me. So I do not use it. I have homelink on all my cars and easy install. I would not say whisper quiet but it is not noisy. It's ok. If it lasts 35 years as the old one, I will bump it to 5 stars.
