Excellent pita

The only Pita that doesn't have soybean oil in the ingredients. There are no preservatives so it's imperative it's stored in the fridge for only a few day. Any longer and it should be stored in the freezer. Remove loaves as needed from the freezer to thaw quickly. They are thin loaves. It's freshly baked and tastes great.

My family really likes the pocket pitas, we've folded them over and also filled the inside for lunchmeat and cheese, with breakfast filling: potatoes, eggs, and sausage. They have held up great, I sometimes get small holes in the pita when trying to open it up rather than just folding it over. My favorite part is that they are made with simple ingredients, I often make our bread products so we are used to no preservatives but pita bread is not something I make. Great product.
