Best glue gun

I've had my corded Dewalt Glue gun for 2 Christmas seasons already, no problems at all, including advancing glue sticks. Just use the proper size, and get 8 or 10 inch if you more glue per stick. Best glue gun I've ever owned.

Very hot and fast!

Unlike crafts glue guns, this one heats up almost instantly. Starts melting glue within seconds. And it really melts the glue. Word of caution, it will melt everything it touches. If you touch it, it will burn! I accidentally touched it for a split second and had an instant blister.

Happy with my purchase

I was a bit worried about purchasing this after reading the reviews, but took a chance thinking maybe a previous version of this glue gun was not made well. I've had mine for about a year and half. To be honest, I don't use it everyday, but I pull it out every few months. I ran a lot of glue sticks through it attaching carpet while building cat trees and never had an issue with the trigger or it not advancing the glue. Don't know if I purchased better quality glue sticks than those that had trouble, but mine works every bit as good as I expected it to work. Also I take the loaded glue stick out before I store it. I'm happy with mine -
