I need clarification of directions
I tried the premium liquid fruit pectin named CERTO today to make strawberry freezer jam. On the package insert directions for freezer jam recipe, the statement in number 4 states "Combine pectin, lemon juice and water in a small bowl." Question: How much water? I cannot find the amount of water that should be added on the insert.

Made some of the best Jalapeo Honey Jelly I've ever made! I normally use another brand that makes a popular powered pectin. Since I use honey instead of sugar to sweeten my jams and jellies, the powder can cause undue lumps. I decided to just give the Certo Liquid Fruit Pectin a shot and was amazed at the ease in use and the amazing results. We sell at farmer's markets and sold out within two markets of the jelly. We've now switched to using Certo only and look forward to making many more delicious jelly and jam recipes. Thanks
