I love drinking floral tea during the daytime. I'm glad I came across this special herbal tea that promotes calmness and sleep. Really nice dried Blue Lotus Flower
I suffer from insomnia and have tried a lot of different products. Thought I would give these a try. I tried this as a tea and it worked great. The smell is so soothing and the flavor is mild yet aromatic. I actually enjoy brewing these flowers for tea but I will be attempting to process them down as an essential oil for temple massages. Definitely recommend.
