for psoriasis sufferers this is absolutely the best over the counter lotion you can get. Helps to stop the flaking of psoriasis and helps it disappear from your hands when it has started attacking your hands also. very highly recommend even when first seeing the price is a little deterant it's worth it once you get it and use it. don't waste money on the cheaper lotions that say they're for psoriasis, this is the real deal.
