1. Use every morning and evening. 2. Apply a dime-size amount to damp skin and gently massage, avoiding the eye area. 3. Rinse well. 4. Use acne face wash on entire affected area one to two times daily. 5. Excess drying may occur, start with one application daily and gradually increase to two times a day if needed or as directed by a doctor. 6. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products or ask a doctor.

THIS HAS BEEN HELPING MY ROSEACEA!
My dermatologist recommended this product for my roseacea - and it has been helping. The key is to keep it on your face for 2 minutes and then rinse. Using it twice a day and a little bit goes a long way. She also recommended benzoil peroxide use and a prescription med with it - but I truly think that this has been the key to helping the roseacea.
