However, I have some concerns regarding Walmart's delivery driver protocol for Cepacol. The requirements for the delivery driver include: * Assessing whether the customer is sober or under the influence. * Verifying that the customer's ID matches the individual receiving the Cepacol. * Taking a photograph of the customer's ID. * Collecting a signature. * There may be additional requirements that the driver needs to fulfill before completing the delivery. My concerns are as follows: 1. Cepacol is not classified as a controlled substance like Sudafed, which is kept behind the pharmacy counter, nor is it similar to alcoholic beverages. 2. I am curious about the need for delivery drivers to verify customers in this manner, as it seems the skills required to evaluate a person's state could vary greatly among drivers, given their diverse backgrounds and experiences. 3. I also consider a hypothetical scenario where I might be purchasing Cepacol for a family member. If a delivery driver suspects or perceives the smell of alcohol on me, I wonder how that situation would be managed. Additionally, in my research on Benzocaine and its association with illegal drugs, I noted that Benzocaine and Lidocaine are used as cutting agents for cocaine. Interestingly, Benzocaine is quite affordable—approximately $100 for 1 kg (34 oz) at 99.9% purity—indicating that cocaine distributors can utilize Benzocaine without the need to extract the 7% that's contained in Cepacol.
