Have been very happy with this vitamin.
I had surgery a few years back and am very limited on what types of food I can eat, such as fruits and vegetables) sadly carbs I handle the best. I started these shortly after surgery and all I can say is Ive had no bad side effects. I also seem not to catch any cold, flu or (now) covid that my co-workers get. I cant say this made the difference but Ill continue taking them.
