A second refund is needed please

You said you would have these delivered yesterday they did not arrive. I would like my three dollars and some odd cents back for these buns. Can you make it so that the buns go in the grocery order? You didn't even ask for a substitution for it. But then you didn't deliver it to me either. I needed it for a party today and you did not delivered so I had to go to another grocery store to buy it. Please refund my money.
