This vacuum is an epic fail!

I work for a cleaning company and this vacuum was just purchased to clean a large restaurant/bar. I have about 3 hours of vacuum experience with particular model and that is enough expose to know this vacuum is sub par. 1. It does a fairly good job of picking up debris initially but it will randomly shoot particles right back out onto the floor. If this vacuum's roller height could be adjusted I imagine this could fix the problem but this vacuum is "self adjusting" so you are stuck with the level it adjusts to. This is a constant problem regardless of the amount of debris you are picking up. 2. If you try to run over anything taller than a half inch it will push it forward instead of sucking it up. The front end does not tilt up so you will need to bend down and pick it up by hand. 3. Any debris that is less than 3/4 inch from an any edge will not get sucked up. You will need to pull out the wand which is cumbersome and often gets tangled with the cord. 4. The hose gets plugged often. There are only 2 places that have easy access to clear a plug and if the blockage is not reachable via those 2 access points you will need to dissemble the vacuum...which i have not figured out yet how to do. 5. The compartment that houses the bag is plastic and clicking the compartment closed rather difficult. 6. It is a high powered roller and if you run over the cord AT ALL it will damage the cord. 7. The unit is heavy which makes it difficult to lift up a flight of stairs. Don't even bother trying to vacuum steps with this thing. It is impossible! 8. The bottom is oversize which is good for cleaning large areas but not under chairs or compact areas. I am somewhat of a vacuum connoisseur and I have a passionate hate for this thing.
