These contain 700mg of vitamin C, providing immune support and upper respiratory health support. Vitamin C plays an important role in the functioning of white blood cells and as an antioxidant, collagen synthesizes to nourish your skin. They are #vegan, #non-gmo, #glutenfree and have no artificial flavors or sweeteners. They also contain no milk, lactose, soy, wheat, yeast or fish. They contain pectin not gelatin. These are in an orange flavor and are so yummy, I almost forget they are vitamins.
