You realize these aren't really nuts, right? Lol, they're corn. As snacks go, they're pretty healthy. Lower calories, less sodium, and more fiber than most snacks. Good source of carbs.

I love these corn nuts! They're my favorite. I really like that they're not too salty. They're perfect as a light snack. I prefer the original compared to the ranch or other flavors. The chile picante ones are also amazing but when those aren't available I stick to these.
