Poor shipping from company right from the start!

The way it was shipped. It was just in a bag with no Protection. The plastic jar or container blow apart and all the stuff was outside it is totally useless to me. It's all over my kitchen table. There is slime everywhere. My hands are all gray collared and tacky. I can't store this, I'm just a home owner. I'm just buying this for next time I'm soldering.
