This product is every landlord's dream!
I am the landlord of two rental properties located in Enfield, IL. I only purchase Duck brand tapes when I am painting my rental properties. It comes off with a clean line everytime, making painting a breeze!

Great tape
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ducks brand professional painters tape helped leave a clean line. I wouldn't necessarily say it's saved me time as applying the tape does take time itself but it did save me from having to go back and clean up the areas. I did have to double layer my tape. It is a very sticky product and once it's laid it does stay in place but with darker colors it bled so I would recommended doubling you paint line. This is one of the best painters tape I have used.
