Texture and taste are good. I am comparing these to Quaker rice cakes. these have a nice flavor. There's not much difference between the two brands other than the ingredients used to make the product. these are healthier and don't contain dairy. they do tend to crumble more then the rice cake's. Be prepared they will make a mess. No damage to the product. The packaging holds them intact nicely. these come in packages of two.
