Using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 128 g of Pro Plan.KITTEN FEEDING INSTRUCTIONSKittens generally nibble solid foods at 3 - 4 weeks of age. If water is added, use no more than one part warm (not hot) liquid to three parts Pro Plan, changing frequently to ensure freshness. As kittens near adulthood, their calorie needs may decrease. Continue to adjust the amount you feed to maintain your kitten in ideal body condition and avoid excess weight gain.FEEDING FOR REPRODUCTIONPro Plan provides all the nutrients needed during reproduction. Works for me and my kitty
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My cat loves this food, and it actually helps with my allergies! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after about a month I noticed a big difference - I don't even need to take my allergy pills anymore. Total lifesaver for both me and my kitty!

No More Cat Allergies!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My fiance and I adopted a kitten and I had hoped my long-standing allergies to cats had gone away, however they remained. I was told about Live Clear and did a tonne of research & decided to put our kitten on this food. I genuinely thought it was going to be BS but it ACTUALLY works. I have absolutely zero allergy symptoms!!! I can cuddle with and pet my kitten with zero issues. It's incredible how well this food works, I'm so thankful!

This is an amazing product and everyone who has ever been allergic to a cat can really benefit from this product. Our cat seems to really enjoy the food and for me it has been a game changer. My allergies are so much better. No more itchy red eyes, and sneezing from simply petting the cat or hives going up my arms. Our cat has not been on the food a full 3 weeks yet and it's already made a noticeable difference. We are 2 weeks in and it has made it so our kitten that was intended to be an outdoor cat is now a full time indoor cat, with minimal allergies for me.
