The warranty may be void if the user applies any materials not recommended, such as polishes, oils, or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear. All products must be returned and inspected before FULL CREDIT is issued or a REPLACEMENT of the same or equal value is given. GEORGIA BOOT DOES NOT PRO RATE OR OFFER PARTIAL CREDIT. I purchased this boot for my 5 year old son as he had outgrown boots of another brand. I found these boots for nearly half the price of his old boots and at,what seems, twice the quality. My husband is actually jealous of these boots :) Can't wait for my little one to open these on his birthday and I think these will be his first of MANY more pairs of Georgias.
