Slow Unresponsive Warranty. Can i just buy the LOCKS?
Locks are cheap and fail quickly. This wouldnt be a proplem if the locks were a item i could source. But I'm stuck going through a slow/ unresponsive warranty process. The process can start with an online form that requires all contact info. First response from quartet was a reply asking for my contact info. This reply from quartet even included the initial online form with my contact info.
