Very effective for fever, but may cause constipati
I really like this medicine and use it often for my child. It works very well to reduce fever and makes my little one feel better quickly. However, I noticed that after taking it, my daughter sometimes has issues with constipation. Because of that, I would rate it 4 out of 5. I think it tastes good

Works wonders
This works really well when little ones aren't feeling good. It helps bring fevers down and makes them more comfortable when they have headaches, flu symptoms, or general aches. The liquid is easy to measure, easy for kids to take, and starts working fairly quickly. It's one of those medicines that's good to keep on hand for sick days

I always have this on hand for my daughter, I do get all the flavors and they are all just as great. The value and ingredients are good. This product works very well! If you have kids then you need to get this product I have been using it since my daughter was old enough to use it
