I've been reading about the benefits of mullein leaf tea and wanted to try it. Our air is now so filthy I bought it to boost my lung and respiratory system health. You will find other benefits too if you research. I drink a cup every day. It tastes good, no better or worse than any other herbal tea. So if it's doing anything good for my body I'm pleased and will continue to buy.
