Low carb or not, I will eat these flavors before any of the brand name Chex mixes"¦love the spicy flavor the best. I like to mix the traditional mix with the other flavors too, to help me make them last a bit longer"¦meaning, so I don't "pig out" on the great flavored mix in one sitting!! My nephew showed me The Spicy Kick Crunch and I really liked it. I must avoid Carbs to a great degree, and this snack really gives me amazing flavor while minimizing my Carb intake! It's furly spicy but I actually like that! It's a 9.5 outta 10 for me!

If you like pecans - this mix is for you!
I didn't realize this mix had so many pecans in it until I tried it. I essentially have an allergy to walnuts, pecans and nut similar. I kept thinking the blend tastes really good if I didn't have to take 2 to 3 nuts out of it before I eat every handful! So kudos to the mixer - bad for me. I'll keep trying the mixes - I'm sure there is one in there that will work! Great packaging and enjoyed all the other bits in the bag besides the nuts.
