Has a good taste and stays crunchy in milk. I have a glass of milk and only pour a ¼ at a time way it is always crunchy. I like it bc it has allot of fiber. I add blueberries %26 raspberries ¼ to ½tsp cinnamon %26 ground cloves sometimes sliced bananas. Yum
