Best Oil For High Milage Engines

I bought my 01 Suburban in 2011 with 150,000ish miles on it. Since I've owed the truck this is the only oil I've but in it. I'll be doing another oil change this weekend and wouldn't think of putting in anything else inside Betsy Ross's engine. The ole' girl is at 312,526 miles as of today and still running strong.

I bought this oil for my 2017 Kia Sportage that has 80,000 miles on it. The oil appears to give my car a smooth operation and I have noticed a decrease in engine noise. The bottle is quite large so I use a funnel to avoid any spillage.
