After carefully reading directions for use, (especially regarding locking and unlocking), I feel very confident that "in the event of an event," the features of my Fire/Water File Box by Sentry Safe, will perform as promised. I also have to say this company responded promptly to an important concern I had about a replacement key. BTW, This is my second box and so I presently have two.
