Simmer level was adjusted down a couple of days after initial use (using the ultra slim screwdriver tool provided). Oven temperature was calibrated against an over thermometer and the settings were right on.

Gorgeous range, very happy
I've only had my dual fuel range for a week but once I got the knobs off (very difficult on 3 of them) so I could adjust the minimum flame I have been very pleased. Look & build quality are excellent! Looking forward to baking some sourdough bread tomorrow.
