I'm so excited about my AirPods I don't know about the other reviews but mines came packaged in apple original packaged sealed with plastic and said it was grade A refurbished pair right away once charged with my phone and talk really Crystal clear as if they was brand new matter of fact they came looking brand new out the box can't even tell they was refurbished or previously used and I love them!!!! Definitely 5 stars to me and came on time as expected!!
