Decent for the money but don't expect much

Seat isn't padded enough. Plastic edges are unfitted and can cut, did. In general the fit and finish of this chair isn't very good, though it does feel sturdy. Foot rest doesn't go low enough and is only effective a the middle height of the seat and above. Long story short, for $350 bucks it is a fine value, but don't expect to get Herman Miller Quality.
