What I love: more affordable than custom orthotics, truly helps my over pronation, feel more balanced in my steps Downside: the arch section does not fit the shape of my arch real well and causes some discomfort when I first start walking, however, my foot does loosen after a while.

These saved my feet!
Im in my early 30s , work as an RN so I'm on my feet 12 hours a day, 36 hours a week. I have flat feet, and I've dealt with arch pain and plantar fasciitis the past entire year. I had custom orthotics made, I've bought orthopedic tennis shoes, Danskos...but these inserts are probably my best money spent. Alone in a regular shoe, they feel amazing. They make the ortho shoes feel even better. I'm so thankful I've found this company (referred to Powerstep by another nurse friend)!
