I have now purchased this product twice because it worked so well the first time. It's remarkably easy to use, and one of the best features is that you don't need a caulking gun. One of the tubes seemed to get clogged, but the second one I bought has been dispensing smoothly over multiple uses. Once you remove the plastic locking strip, you just remove the little cap, and slide the "dial" to select the rate of flow. I do wipe the nozzle off after use and wait a few minutes to recap. So far, I've been using this adhesive to reattach laminate tops to commercial dining tables. The adhesive is thick enough to avoid drips, and it takes hold fast (but not as fast as super glue -- you have a few seconds for adjustment). After clamping to retain pressure, the adhesion was impressive considering how old and warped these tables were. Note: I'm not a trained professional in the industries, so actual construction professionals may have more nuanced opinions. But if you're a hobbyist DIY person who just needs a multi-purpose construction adhesive that's really easy to use, this one has been great.
