Clean dishes & glasses with no spots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the features I like most about the Cascade Platinum Plus Action Pacs is they are compact and easy to use with no mess. I get no residue or grease left on my dishes or pots and pans. My glassware comes out spotless with no water stains. I would recommend the pacs to anyone that wants spotless clean dishes.

Added bleach makes them smell unpleasant.

I've been using Cascade Power Plus for a long time, but the recent batch of pods smells TERRIBLE, I think because of New and Improved!!!!!!!!! Bleach is the upgrade, and I can barely even stand to open the container. The combination of the bleach added to the normal scents of the pods is unpleasant, and I could smell the smell while the dishwasher was running. I'm not a fan of Newing and Improving. The old version worked fine. Okay, getting off of my soapbox now LOL.

They need to reformulate, doesn't melt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item received free for review The smell of these are great. The top of it is gel and the bottom is a compressed powder. It unfortunately did not melt completely in the wash so I did get some cloudiness on my items. This stuff makes me worried as it turned to a sludge (the parts that didn't disintegrate). I have a newer dishwasher machine and it does get the water quite hot. Beginning to think I should just use gel. You do get quite a few pods in the container, but considering I had to run my dishwasher twice the value of the product goes down. I have to use more water. Overall I probably wouldn't buy this item.
