Seiko Prospex SNE589 Solar Divers Stainless Steel Watch The ultimate in Grab and Go technology here is Seikos entry into the Solar Quartz Diver realm with their 42.8mm diver thats under 11mm thick! Following up on the success of the SNE549 Seiko has now released the solar diver in a few different colors and configurations. Additionally they have been updated with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Running on Seikos V157 movement once fully charged (just a day or so in bright light) the movement has enough reserve to run for 10 months. Amazing! And when in darkness reading the time is a breeze thanks to the use of Seikos own Lumibrite compound. The watch is ISO 6425 certified for SCUBA diving down to 200 meters. A screwdown crown is used to keep the water at bay!
