Lower calorie daily bagel for me

So every day I eat the same exact breakfast with few days of variations. I'm also on a long term diet plan where I focus on keeping a calorie deficit. These more than halved the calories I normally ate in a regular bagel. They're still tasty and I can enjoy my daily bagel in the mornings but with fewer calories. I like these. Word to the wise though, keep the bag they come in because they can dry out so quickly in the fridge.

Having been buying Thomas Bagels for years, but as I get older I need to cut back on Carbs and Sodium. These Bagel Thins are the perfect solution. Same great taste and texture as the full size bagels. I like to dip them in egg whites and make a healthy French Toast, yummy. Don't deny yourself, enjoy these delicious bagel thins as much as I do!
