New Design!

I felt pretty confident when install day came due to all the reviews of videos I watched lol! But when I opened the box, things went weird real quick. Nothing synced with all the materials I reviewed. Clicking on various links and QR codes yielded no help. I reached out to RT and the guy I spoke to was a little baffled, but was able to determine it was the latest revision and there hadn't been any tutorials made on them yet. Fortunately, there was a PDF document that I used to perform the install and RT was able to email it to me. Product works great! I like the hold feature and the LED step lights. Be ready to spend a couple of hours at minimum for the install if you're at DIY'er and working on the ground lol!

A little early to comment

Just received the Power Steps last week, & had them installed yesterday. The 4th holiday kept them from being installed sooner. They look good on my truck, and seemed to been exactly what I was wanting. I haven't used them that much, so this review is just primary. I do have a complaint about Real Truck not telling me about local dealerships to have them installed. I wouldn't install cookies to find them, so I had to research on my own. Other than that, buying, shipping, & receiving was fairly easy. Hopefully, Real Truck will rectify this & make finding local dealers easier also.
