Heat for 16-18 minutes. Cook to a light golden color.4. Season to taste.Full bag instructions:Serves about 10.1. Preheat oven to 425F.2. Arrange frozen crispy crowns in a single layer on an 11" x 17" baking sheet.3. Heat for 23 - 25 minutes. Cook to a light golden color.4. Season to taste.Deep Fry:Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully.Tips for frying with oil: Always preheat oil uncovered. If oil spatters, cover immediately and reduce heat. Wheat spattering stops, remove cover and return to cooking temperature. Be careful not to spatter or spill oil onto hot buner of range.1. Preheat cooking oil in electric deep fryer to 375F. Fill deep fryer not more than half full of oil.2. Fill fryer basket not more than half full of frozen crispy crowns. Easy to make
Ore-Ida Golden Crispy Potato Crowns won over my picky eater at a young age %26 he still likes them 25 years later. They are easy to prepare. I have a convection oven, so I make them in a basket that's raised from the bottom pan. I line the pan with foil or parchment paper to keep any grease off the pan %26 out of my drain pipes. Foil/parchment paper are cheaper than Roto Rooter. Putting a single layer if Crispy Crowns or fries in the basket allows the convection air to get all around them to crisp them evenly. They are pre-seasoned %26 ready to go from your freezer to the oven to the table.

To me, these are "Tater Tots", but smaller. I never cared much for "Tater Tots", but I really like these. I guess the difference is ~ I like the smaller size and I can really create a lot of crunch (per square inch? LOL!) in the Air Fryer. You can't go too wrong with Ore-Ida!
