a good daily vitamin for men 50+

My husband takes Centrum Silver (or Centrum Adult Mens 50+) daily vitamins. He likes meat, potatoes, pizza, pasta, and hates most vegetables including salads of any kind. So his daily vitamin pill helps to prevent vitamin deficiencies. Don't take it with your morning orange juice (the citric acid kills the B vitamins etc). Take it with breakfast or any other daily meal.

I can only give my personal opinion. I'm 83 years old. I have been taking Centrum Vitamins for Men 50 years old and older for a long time. By taking these Vitamins plus 2 Calcium Tablets and getting a Flu Shot every Fall I'm hardly ever sick. Of course that includes taking Blood Pressure Meds. as prescribed by my Doctor who I see every 3 months with a standing appointment.
