Walmart OK, Build.com needs to improve.

Item was correct and arrived in good time. It was not packed properly by Build.com. The aerator and its components were loose in a large carton despite a smaller plastic case contained in the box carton and meant to hold those items, There were also loose pieces (washers and an "O" ring ) which were unrelated to the aerator. I am now required to visit a plumbing store to sort out these matters.
