Surprisingly good quality at this price point. Item is as shown. Padded laptop pocket is at the bottom of the pack, so not convenient for TSA but securely against your back to protect it. The straps don't hold quite as tightly as needed without extra efforts than as packaged. Side pockets don't tighten or have elastic so water bottle slips out. It does maximize personal item packing for United requirements.
