definitely saw an improvement to the thickness of my hair. I recommend using the conditioner as well. I did notice that using just the shampoo my hair had a very heavy texture although one styled wasn't as noticeable but with the conditioner it was more manageable both wet and dry as I styled it overall I would highly recommend this product.
