Excellent product. Reliable, Cost effective, best value for AIO inkjet printer. the inkvestment you're making is not with the device itself (although it is still impressive) but with cartridge replacement. it is capable of fax,print,scan,copy,id copies,photos,greeting cards and more. Honestly nothing can beat it as far as value is concerned. I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend for small business or just for your home. the only gripe that i have with this particular design is the paper tray. they could've made a little more space inside as it only fits about 100 pages at a time. The setup? it took about 5 minutes for it to warm up and after downloading the software(i don't like using the CD it came with) it was up and running. no need to configure anything (apart from the size you want your prints to come out and the DPI of the ink which is adjustable by a slider) you're all set. Easiest and most comfortable printing solution and it is a pleasure using it as well. Everything from software to hardware is nsync. Not only does the printer make exceptional copies in true colors, but also it is very affordable. I purchased the Brother MFC-J985DW as an investment to meet all my printing needs. Being an office copier, it is more dependable and has more "bells & whistles" than an average all-in-one copier. The scanning feature works very well coping old photographs making digital copies. I had no problem copying a document from my smart phone. The appearance of the Brother copier is sleek and clean looking. And all selections are lit and make by using the built-in touch pad. The warranty is for 2 years instead of 1 year. Backed up by a dependable Customer Service Department, it made my decision very easy. I highly recommend this Brother product!
