I have never purchased a car air freshener before this and I think I'm a convert. Living in a hot place my car's AC is always running so putting these on the air vents worked perfectly for me. They clipped right on and gave a nice steady stream of a sweet but not too strong scent while I drove. In the future, I'd like to try some other scents but "shimmer" was perfect for spring and summer. This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own.

Not what you'd expect

Doesn't smell anything like the shimmer spray or wax melts. If you've ever used the cherry blossom pomegranate lysol mpc or bathroom cleaner it smells very similar. On the lowest setting it is overpowering to the point that I had to pull it off and roll down my windows. All in all the smell is in between a sweet wine and bathroom cleaner without any exaggerating.
