I purchased one of these carts several years ago and loved how well it organizes the iris containers. I wanted to get another one, but was concerned when I saw complaints in other reviews that new ones did not come with clear bins (but instead with opaque ones). That's why when I saw the description on this item said that the bins were clear, I ordered one. Unfortunately, they were not like my older, clear bins that had a center latch. These bin are somewhat pearl in color and have two latches. Despite that, I still like the cart and it fits my old bins too. I still would recommend it.
