This is the best moisturizer and protector I have found for dry cracked fingers and heels. I can still feel it protecting after I wash my hands. I can feel a difference in healing overnight. You don't have to be diabetic to use and appreciate this product, we both use it. T.y.

So, like the title says, I have incredibly thin, dry skin and some annoying sensory issues. In moderation, the cream isn't greasy, but if you use too much then it is -- which is normal. I've found it makes my painfully itchy skin hardly noticeable. It's certainly not a 'put-on-once-and-dry-skin-goes-away-forever' type of thing, obviously (since that doesn't exist), so you need to apply it regularly, but it's still much, much better than any other brand or type of lotion I've ever tried. The fragrance-free bit is also a splendid touch and doesn't make mine or my dog's allergies act up All in all, I definitely recommend for anyone who can't stand lotions, creams, or just oily textures in general on their skin like I can't.
