I have said this for their hamburger buns and will say the same thing for their hot dog buns, "To be honest, this isn't my go-to choice. I typically opt for these when I'm on a budget, and I usually try to steer clear of them because they tend to fall apart. However, today was different. I'm not sure if Ball Park has changed their recipe, but these buns were surprisingly much better than I remembered. They reminded me of brioche buns! They had a lovely glaze without any extra effort on our part; we just placed the hot dogs on them. They were fluffy and had a delightful flavor, reminiscent of buttery sweetness similar to Hawaiian sweetbread, and they were definitely not dry at all."
