worth the Money
I bought this to season my cast iron skillets. I read that this oil type creates a harder seasoning. It does work very well with its high heat qualities. I haved cooked with it minimally. the cap i am not happy with. It does seem to be more messy than any of the others that i have used, but if the cap on the bottle is all that I can complain about. Then i have to give it 5 stars, for my uses anyway.

This is the best tasting flaxseed oil I have encountered. I no longer use salad dressings and only flaxseed oil on my salads. It is very healthy for you and contains the good omegas that we all need. I have tried other brands and this one beats all of them. I highly recommend this to cook with.

A rare find, if their manufacturing comments were true. Omega-3 rich flax oil process to withstand uses at high temperature without breaking down the quality of the Omega-3 oils in this flax oil. Thank you to the folks at Carrington Farms for packaging a great product.
